Residential Aide for Group Home

Germantown Area - Fulltime - Mon-Friday - 7am-11am - 1pm - 5pm

Menomonee Falls -  Fulltime - Mon-Thurs -  3pm-11pm, Fri - 7am-3pm

Relief Staff needed in all group homes

Part-time - Flexibility to work 2nd, 3rd shifts and weekends


Assist adults with skill development, leisure activities, integration into community activities, housekeeping, personal cares and food preparation.  This position requires a valid Wisconsin drivers license, acceptable driving record and High School Diploma or GED.  Ideal candidates will have a proven and stable work history, prior experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and the ability to attend mandatory training classes on first shift.

Community Integration Specialist:                                                                                     City Center (1st & National Avenue) Part-time Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm                            Menomonee Falls - Part-time Monday/Tuesday 7:30am-3:30pm


Provides individual support to the participants in day service programs. Develops person centered, community based activities, as expressed by participants, consistent with their individual skills and abilities. Works with small groups of participants with cognitive disabilities to assist them in accomplishing person centered goals through interactive on-site activities, community involvement and individual/group projects. Provides assistance with meals and personal care needs. Requires being physically active and providing for the needs of participants. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Job Coach                                                                                                                                 City Center (1st & National Ave) Part-time Monday-Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

High school diploma/GED with one year of equivalent experience. Provides on and off-site training counseling and support services to clients and employers.

Case Manager                                                                                                                            City Center (1st & National Ave)- Full-time Monday-Friday                                                           Menomonee Falls location - Full-time Monday-Friday

Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience working with developmentally disabled adults. Responsible for coordination of rehabilitative services and case management duties of clients.

HR Generalist                                                                                                                       Menomonee Falls location - Full-time Monday-Friday

Bachelor's Degree with 2years experience in related field preferred. Responsible for daily management of Human Resources function within the agency.

Building Custodian                                                                                                               Menomonee Falls location - Full-time Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm                                              High school diploma/GED preferred. Responsible for performing all custodial duties related to identified facilities.
